Blog 1 - Needs Assessment
If you ask me, no company would be great without having some kind of assessment. The surveys the companies send out to customers are used to help create a better kind of company. Although the company may not want to spend money doing this, it is always better to be safe than sorry.

I agree in the sense that it is the companies responsibility to provide a comfortable work environment. It is also their challenge to provide a productive and enjoyable work environment. How can a company achieve any on this without assesments? They must have the inout of their employees if they ever hope to achieve this task.
